Your room is furnished with a closet, bed, desk and chair, dresser & mirror. Window with blinds and screen for fresh air in summer. Please no smoking or pets. Does not include laundry but internet is complimentary. This room is a private lock and key room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with two adults and one other international student. Minimum stay is two month's which must be prepaid up front. After that the rent is monthly. There is no security deposit required, just a home-stay agreement.
